Does TheScoopNinjas™ clean the entire yard?
Yes! We will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.
Do you provide dog waste management year-round?
Yes! TheScoopNinjas™ provides dog waste removal services year-round at all of our locations. Even in the winter, we will still show up to provide services. In locations with snow, most of the waste that accumulates is still scoopable.
How do you ensure the safety of my dog?
The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at TheScoopNinjas™. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard. Additionally, all of our technicians wear body cameras for added accountability and safety.

Do you take the waste with you when you leave?
Yes! We offer the option to remove the waste from your property for a small additional fee. All waste is double-bagged using eco-friendly, lavender-scented bags to help minimize odors, pest and environmental impact. If you prefer, we can also dispose of it in your designated trash bin at no extra cost.
Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression or protective behavior, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive or overly protective toward our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.
